  I am expecting some packages in the mail, but I need them ASAP for college. When I called, the lady on the phone seemed very agitated that I even asked her too look for me. She let out a long sigh "Uggghhhh" After only (not even) 10 seconds of "Looking" she told me it wasn't!... the fact that she didn't really look or check their system to see if my packages were there and the tone in her voice showed that I'm a inconvenience to her. She was super annoyed that I even called. If you have a package you need to find out if it is there or not don't bother asking their employees! They obviously don't care. Which shows me not to use UPS anymore in case they mishandle my valuables.

  This store saved the day! I needed to get return labels to my family in NC (I am in SC) and anticipated that I would have to mail them. The return item was reaching its deadline so I called the store and they said I could email the labels to them and they would have them ready when my family came to the store. WOW! I wish everything in life was this easy. Now I can rest assured that the return item makes it on time and we get our refund. Thank you USP Store Sanford NC!
