  So I first came across Serranos Tire when I moved to Sanford a few years ago. I needed to replace two tires on the cheap so I stopped in and they were super friendly, fast and thorough. I am writing this review because today my wife calls me to tell me one of her tires is only registering 10lbs. She needed some place close to our daughters school since she was picking her up. I called Serranos but got no answer. I called another shop close by and simply asked if they could plug or patch her tire....the response...NOT TODAY....COULD POSSIBLY DO IT TOMORROW. I said thank you and tried Serrano's number again...boom...they answered. I asked the same question and without hesitation, he said absolutely, tell her to come on by. I understand that businesses can get busy, but this as I explained was a small emergency. Not to mention, she was in and out in 10 min!!! Thank you Serrano's Tire for always providing great service. You guys have a great local business that serves our community well!! If you need tires new or used, go see them...you'll be happy you did!!
