  M&Ms classic Tractor out of Sanford NC is using people's money. We dealt with Matt Robeson on a couple transactions with smaller amounts of money. We thought he was an upstanding business man. We decided to use his service to sell a 2010 B Kubota Tractor/Front End Loader Backhoe in September 2015. He agreed to 5% commission. He sold the tractor within a week. He then proceeded to write us a check for $19,000. THE CHECK BOUNCED. Here it is May 2016 and he has yet to make good on the money. Due to the amount of the check it is considered a felony. We proceeded to use the legal system to try and get our money back. He has tied it up in the court system for months. He continues to get a continuance. His web site continues to say he is Better Business Bureau certified. After doing some more investingating with BBB you cannot file a complaint if the complaint is a criminal matter. I hope this review will serve as a caution for others doing business with M&Ms Classic Tractor in Sanford NC.
