  We visited the Copper Cricket on their grand opening for St Patrick's Day, the newly decorated bar is very nice inside however our experience was less than. We waited 45 minutes for drinks and even longer for the unappetizing food. We decided to give it a second chance nearly a month later however this time the experience was much worse. While the waitress Jenny was amazing, I ordered the shepherd's pie, The two bites that I got in tasted pretty good however I found a hair. It was along the inside of the dish and not really in the food so I wasn't going to complain however when I went to take my third bite there was another hair on my fork. When I sent it back the manager just sent our waitress over to apologize for him and took that dish off of our bill. I was shocked I believe he should have come over his self and apologize and maybe even compensate the entire meal. Then to make things worse my boyfriend cut into his medium rare steak and found it to be completely rare! The bloody mary i ordered was not made correctly and we will not be returning.
