  I am writing this review under my husbands name. I went today for a name change because I recently got married. I had read over the other reviews before I went to the office, and I was expecting an awful experience. This was not the case. The security guard that has been criticized over and over in the reviews, was one of the nicest, most helpful people I have encountered in some time. Funny though... I'm white.. so how could that be? I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. Great experience and I really appreciate how I was treated!
